EasyCRM provides all the features and services that a customer service department needs. Creation of and updating of subscriptions, show PIN and PUK codes for customers, block international calls, or pay calls and so on. You have access to customer invoices and can assist the customer with immediate access, via PDF or a direct hyperlink. Agreements can be created and documents for digital sign-up and sent directly from the system. EasyTelecom handle digital signing either by SMS, BankID or Email. All raw data for charging of customers is internally managed and invoices automatically generated at the beginning of each month; where necessary EasyCRM can be used to issue credits and corrections. Within minutes of invoice generation they will be received by the print/invoice agency, ready for enveloping and mailing.
