Through EasyCRM, you will get all the features and services a customer service needs. You create, update and manage subscriptions, find PIN and PUK codes for customers, block international calls, or pay calls. You create agreements and documents for digital sign-up and send directly from the system. Credits and corrections can be made directly in EasyCRM. In turn, we handle digital signage either by SMS, BankID or Email. You will have access to customer invoices and can quickly assist the customer with access via PDF or direct link. We handle all raw data for debiting customers and automatic generation of invoices and within minutes, invoices can be found at print/invoice agency, ready for envelope, postage and mailing.
